The dinner held April 3rd at Azur by Le Bernardin, La Quinta Resort and Club La Quinta, California, was huge success. There were 94 guests in attendance and almost $20,000 was raised to benefit the JLP Foundation. There were terrific raffle items, great sponsors, and fantastic food paired with outstanding wines.

This was truly an evening in the spirit of Jean-Louis.

La Quinta's Mike Islava with his associate Lexi Ward were the moving force that kept this grand evening on track. They and their hard working staff set a standard of excellence.

Our National Celebrity Chefs, Jasper Schneider, Azur by Le Bernardin; Eric Ripert, Le Bernardin; Laurent Gras, Fifth Floor; Charlie Trotter, Charlie Trotter's; Jimmy Schmidt, Rattlesnake Club; Lee Hefter, Spago, and Florian Bellanger, Fauchon thrilled the attendees with their exceptional cuisine.
