The first phase of our mission is to connect talented young chefs with the source of great ingredients.
We are presently creating criteria for potential chef applicants to spend time on farms, or with cheese makers,
food processors, fishermen, wine makers, and all those that provide the exceptional ingredients that allow creative
chefs to flourish.
The JLP Foundation will offer financial support to these winners so that they may pursue hands-on experience
without financial sacrifice.
