We all know that detoxification is the process of taking out the toxic substance in the human body, and we know that it is a good thing to do as you will be sure that your body is clean and free from toxic. There are a lot of reasons why toxic substance goes inside our body. It may be because of what we eat, drink or intake. Just like those who are having drugs, they surely have a lot of toxic substance in their body that will eventually make them suffer as the time pass buy that’s why it is good to be detoxify if you are an old drug user.

I just remember the drug treatment that I have undergone on the drug and alcohol treatment center that I have engaged with. There are a lot of people who are being addicted in coffee and we all know that coffee have caffeine that makes people alive and active, that’s why coffee is the common drink that people drink whenever they are sleepy. But do you know coffee is being use in other things? That coffee is also being use when it comes to beauty products or anything that have something to do with beauty products.

I just recently know that there are some spa that uses coffee for massage as coffee is a good material to use for skin care. It can also be use as facial cleansers for those who want to have a smooth skin as study proves that coffee are good antioxidants. Coffee has a lot of potential that people haven’t developed yet but I believe that coffee will be a good thing for people, as the time develops it more.

I’m very shy with my husband now that I know that it’s very hard for me to become pregnant. I know these information when I visited my OB last week and  told me that my own eggs cannot be used to make a pregnancy.  The time I heard that at first I’m always crying I feel like I’m a fool , I felt very sad. I don’t know what to do ‘of course all of us want to experience to be a mother’ to have our own children and to build up our own family.

But my OB gyne told me not give up, she told me that there is one way for me to became pregnant and that is the egg donation, it is a process where in I used the eggs of another woman, she told me that I don’t need to worry because it is safe and I can choose my own egg donor which is attractive and healthy. I don’t have any choice I need to do it, it is much better to do than adapting a child. After transfer of eggs and after 4 weeks I checked the results and I’m so amazed I am now pregnant and my husband is very happy. I go to my OB right away to have my check-up and the results are positive the baby is healthy and safe.

The fat in fish has high levels of polyunsaturated fatty acids, especially omega 3 fatty acids, which help to lower blood cholesterol. Omega-3 fatty acids also appear to reduce levels of plasma trigyceride, in particular very low-density lipoprotein, a type of cholesterol known as “bad” cholesterol and considered a risk factor for heart disease.
